Made by us, washed silk is a silk that is treated or rather, "already washed", at the time of its production. This specific type of washing allows the silk fiber to maintain all its main characteristics (softness, shine, volume) and to develop a velvety coat, commonly called "peach hand" (to the touch it resembles the peel of the fruit).
