Pure silk fabric with plain weave, characterized by a higher warp density than weft density. The taffeta fabric has a tight and almost rigid structure, with a shiny and luminous appearance, rustling with every slightest movement, very light and shiny.
The iris reflections in the iridescent taffeta are obtained by using yarns in different colors in the weft and warp. This fabric is used for women's clothing in elegant dresses and scarves, but also for furnishings to make silk curtains, silk sofas and silk cushions.
